We were at a loss when we finally realized that we had to start the eviction process to get squatters out of our 97 year old mother's home in order to sell it to pay for her care. We were referred to Daniel Marshall by our trust attorney and we are very happy we called them. They immediately got the paperwork started, communicated with us through emails, and sent us step by step details on how the eviction process would proceed. Michelle was particularly helpful, taking time to answer all our questions and concerns. The whole thing started in July 2022 and we were told that it would take longer than normal because of the backup of evictions due to COVID. The eviction finally happened on 1/11/23. We appreciated that Michelle helped us manage our expectations and assured us that it would, indeed happen. We want to thank Michelle, especially, for taking care of every detail. We never could have done this without them, and it was more than worth the cost to get the peace of mind.

Daniel has been representing me in a really drawn out case and he is amazing. He goes in to the court and knows his law. It's few words said by him as the other person is going on and on. The few words that are said by Daniel is case winning words, facts. I was at a hearing for my case when Daniel was representing another trial case that he won and the judge at the end of the case said to Daniel with all of us there just how well he presented himself with his case and it was text book dead on. pretty cool when a trial judge tells you that after you just won your case. He is very confident and set to win. Not sure what his win ratio to loss is but I'm going out on a limb and saying there isn't very many out there better at handling your case for you than Daniel.
