Great expedient service

Worth any penny. Daniel Marshall is the best eviction lawyer in town. He did exactly what he promised. I would trust him in heartbeat. Lawyer Daniel Marshall handled my case perfectly, professionally, and made right decision. He worked extremely hard, and never missed any tiny details that might help my cases I have a nightmare tenant who thought she would not be evicted due to evection ban. She violated lease contract all the way from smoking inside premises to bringing her criminals friends to live. Criminals/ polices came in/out my property never ended until lawyer Daniel Marshall helped kick her out right before the San Diego county passed ordinance that further restricts evictions in San Diego County on 05/04/2021. Other good, long-term tenants already threatened to move out if we could not kick this nightmare tenant out. Thanks Daniel for ending my nightmares. Mr. Dan Marshall won our case for us and helped our family get our condo back from a very difficult tenant under very difficult circumstances, and we can’t thank him enough for doing so.
