I finally faced reality and established a Trust, made new will and for the first time, committed to medical directives on paper. Anticipated heart wrenching decisions would need to be made, but not so much. With the leadership and thoughtful suggestions provided by this firm, the process was actually easy and the personal decisions not overwhelming. I recommend these folks for their human approach and professional service.

John Varley and Lennie are awesome! John helped me through a difficult mess with my divorce several years ago. He was very knowledgeable, organized and walked me through the entire process, returning emails and answering many questions with prompt replies. I reached out to this lawyer concerning my wrongful termination of employment and he said that he couldn’t help me. My question is why? I gave a good case and the manager where I was employed withheld my final check and demanded I sign several post dated write ups. In my humble opinion that is not legal at all. What am I supposed to do, take this company on all by myself? No I prefer to be represented by a lawyer rather than do it alone. Unfortunately it is so hard to get a lawyer to take cases now a days it’s ridiculous. There has to be a easier way to get represented.
