Attorney John Rodriguez is a persistent lawyer who is dedicated to fighting your case to get you the best possible outcome. He certainly did for me! My husbands situation was extremely difficult and required John to work for us as both a criminal and immigration attorney. From the beginning I could tell John was going to work hard for my husband. He was kind and empathetic to my husband’s situation but also took the time to be honest and explain the risks. With John’s hard work and dedication to my husband’s case, he was able to get a criminal felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor. Once that was done he went to work on my husbands immigration case and because of his knowledge and hard work he was able to get my husband a cancellation of removal approved the first time we showed up to court. This process took over a year because of the courts backlog but through it all John stayed positive, kept us on track, and my family and I couldn’t be more grateful and thankful for all of his hard work.
