This is our first time working with Nicole on our Family Living Trust! Nicole is very professional and knowledgeable, she’s responsive to all our questions. She tries to explain complex or complicated matters in simpler terms using illustrations/drawings. Her and her Admin Asst Lei try their very best to respond to emails or texts sooner and schedule preferred appointments. She did an excellent work preparing our Trust! In March of 2020, I faced deporatation after applying for citizenship & being denied due to a previous conviction in 1999, for Domestic Violence. My case seemed hopeless and I thought I was going to be deported. I interviewed with 6 lawyers and all advised I needed a lawyer who specialized in both Criminal & Immigration law. John Rodriguez came highly recommended by one lawyer who put me in contact with John. In the beginning of the whole process, John suggested his strategy and then brought in another lawyer (in his firm) to advise me on another route I could go for my case. Once I decided, John took care of everything. I never had to go to court. He updated me constantly. I never felt out of the loop and soon became confident that I had a fighting chance. We are green card holders but our child was born abroad. We were worried about coming back without a lawyer backing us up and the research we had done about our situation. Not only was he responsive about our concerns, he researched himself about the topic and gave us very simple and straightforward recommendations.
