Nicole D'Ambrogi is with no doubt, the best estate planning attorney that we have worked with. My wife and I were shopping around, interviewing those that would allow us to meet with them for a planning interview (you'd be surprised at how many attorneys did not want us meeting with them for an introduction), and Nicole took charge immediately, "scolded us" for allowing our estate to lapse, and brought us up to date with today's rules/laws! She immediately helped with our all-encompassing estate planning. We were really in the dark with our real estate, our personal savings, retirement accounts, and our now adult children, and how the future of those complicated items just needed to be organized, and put in print. My experience with John Rodriguez was excellent. My situation was a very difficult case and I was in a big problem. The first time I called to his office I was attended by his assistant Evelyn and I told him my case, he quickly told me that the lawyer could make an appointment with me to explain me more about my problem in details. He attended me on a Saturday in his personal time, he made a space for the urgency, in which I was desperate, I must admit that after I had a talk with him and he solved all my doubts I felt an inner peace, I knew immediately that I wanted him as my lawyer, he was empathetic, he did not judge me, he was more willing to help. During the process he always answered my calls, my doubts, showed me security and asked me for patience, which in these situations we do not have, but it is necessary. On the other hand I met Evelyn in her office and showed a lot of professionalism but above all support, empathy, and I remember very well her words You no longer have to worry, you already have a good lawyer. I think that in such difficult situations sometimes you also need that assurance that someone is taking care of you and trying to do the best for your case. John was able to completely dismiss my husband's 4 convictions. 3 were felonies and 1 was a misdemeanor. He is professional, is very thorough in explaining the process. He is also representing in our immigration process. We would recommend him. His expertise in criminal and immigration law is outstanding. It took some time but well worth it.

Wow! where to start. I am very grateful to John for his services. Where no one would even take a chance to try and help me and my family, he did. It had been 8 years since our trust, will, power of attorney authorizations and other estate planning documents had been updated. Nicole D'Ambrogi, the owner of San Diego Legacy Law, was excellent in reviewing the shortcomings of our existing documents, recommending updates, and completing the work. Our specific estate needs were met, and with recommendations of possible "better ways". The result was a well organized estate planning portfolio binder with all of the documents and a to-do list for funding the trust and updating beneficiaries in IRAs and annuities. Nicole is an expert in estate planning and has a wonderful personality to go with it. I would recommend everyone I know to use Legacy Law.

Thorough and easy to work with. I didn't really know what I needed when I started our conversation but she explained the options She really knows estate planning and really put me at ease. When I went in to sign the papers to establish my living trust, she presented me with a well organized notebook with all documents that covered everything we discussed. It was much more thorough than I expected but she explained why each form was needed and they covered every possible future eventuality. She also explained all the next steps and which forms I would need. If you need estate planning, this is the place.
