Incredible work done by Joshua and his staff. A DUI is a very serious experience and his office understands that as they take you through every step of the way. I blew a .14 and Mr. Price was miraculously able to negotiate that down to a WET reckless!!!! Joshua was also able to win my hearing with the DMV so my license did not get suspended. I never once had to appear for court. Getting an attorney can certainly be expensive but it is well worth it. If you care about you future and your career it is incredibly important that you get a situation like this handled by a professional that knows what they are doing at every step of the way. A DUI can take quite the toll on your life and adds tons of stress however life demands that you move on and keep up with your daily obligations. The most stress relieving thing I ever did was hire Joshua Price after I got pulled over for a DUI. Not knowing much about the process of what happens after getting a DUI, he was able to guide me through everything and make it seem like a breeze. Josh was super accessible, from taking phone calls out of office hours to emails throughout the day, I knew that he truly cared about my case. I was charged for a first offense DUI and pulled over for drifting out of my lane, at the scene I blew a .09% and at the station I blew a .11%. Josh told me he had high hopes in winning the DMV hearing and he did! He also worked out a Wet and Reckless deal with the court for me which meant I had no license suspension. Besides his amazing help getting me through this unfortunate time in my life, Josh showed me respect, honesty, and he was very transparent about costs. He was able to set me up on a payment plan that was affordable for me and my family. He explained every step along the way and gave me several options to go about my case. Truly an amazing lawyer and he will fight for you!

I left another lawyer who didn't communicate well to hire SD Injury and what a great experience I had with them. Not only did they consistently communicate with me, but they worked very hard to increase my settlement. I didn't realize how much the case was worth but after consulting with them on my bike accident, they laid out an excellent case. My case was fast and clean. My lawyer Norman Ortega was amazing.
