Julia and her staff are wonderful, especially Larisa. I had a somewhat complicated case as my ex to be was in prison at the time. Julia was terrific and I received a more than fair settlement. I have now retained her services again to help with further spousal support problems and I am confident that she again will strive to get me the best outcome possible.

Simply put hiring Julia Garwood was the most costly and foolish mistake that I have ever made. I don't want to get into details because honestly, it still makes me feel like quite the fool. Let's just say, in my experience, Ms Garwood is concerned with one thing and one thing only, taking your money. I just would hate for someone else to fall into the trap that I did. The experience cost me a large sum of money yet it has proven to be costly in so many detrimental ways. I simply have to believe that karma will play its role. I would like to start off by recognizing the outstanding and dedicated work of Ms. Kathy Minella. I previously hired two different attorneys before Ms. Minella. They completely let me down for many reasons, the lack of communication and attention to detail had a great deal to do with it. After this debacle my confidence in attorneys here was damaged. Until I met Ms. Kathy!!!!!! Not only did she reassure me that I wasn’t crazy or delusional but she was caring and patient and understanding. She allowed me to vent and then in a very professional way she brought me back to reality. Kathy discovered that my former attorney not only didn’t file proper paper work but that she was also extremely unprofessional, also didn’t respond to phone calls from the opposing attorney nor did she sign forms that needed her signature. Kathy with no problems or complaints cleaned up her mess and she revised all my paper work and fought for me like no other lawyer did. Before I retained Kathy I called and left her two messages on her voicemail, not only did she call me back but she called me back after 5pm and had a conversation with me for more than ten minutes. Every time I spoke with Kathy I got off the phone smiling so hard, my head would hurt. This woman truly knows the law and her stuff! She restored my faith in the system and didn’t make me feel like I was making a mistake by taking my kids father to court. My kid’s father and his attorney knew she was no joke, their actions and back down and changing their minds at the last minute while in court showed and proved that to me. I wish I had met Kathy in the beginning then I would have saved thousands of dollars!!! Kathy was worth every penny I spent and then some. Ever since Feb. 24, 2015 thanks to Kathy, I’ve been able to smile and enjoy my time with my children for days at a time versus hours. I’m so grateful to God for Kathy Minella and I’m even more grateful to God for blessing this woman with her talent. For more than a year I dealt with false information and false hopes from my former attorney as well as tears and headaches from the stress of this case. From Jan. 2, 2015 until Feb. 24, 2015 in this small period of time that Kathy was on my case she accomplished and resolved more in her short time, than my former attorney who I had for almost a full. I WILL SHOUT IT LOUD I WILL PUT IT ON A BILL BOARD I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE KATHY MINELLA!!!!! SHE IS THE BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST BEST ATTORNEY!!!!!!! Mr. Rejali is one of the most knowledgeable, hardworking, diligent, and passionate attorneys you'll ever meet. From start to finish, Mr. Rejali will keep you informed as to the status of your case and provide you with all the guidance you need to solve your problems. There is an abundance of lawyers (especially in San Diego) but there are few that will actually care about your cases as much as this guy does. Best of all, Mr. Rejali responds quickly which is essential to every client. For that reason, I highly recommend his services.
