I had multiple consultation with other attorneys and was not impressed. My daughter was rear-ended and I wanted her experience with an attorney to be a good one. When I finally met Omid I had already been offered a ridiculous amount to settle so I was fully aware that my case was going to be a win. So what I was looking for was an attorney that still had a human and compassionate side. Someone I could easily communicate and work with. An attorney that had lots of patients and didn’t mind explaining things more than once. A lot of attorney’s like to use big words for the wow factor but it doesn’t impress a young client if she has no idea what your saying. I was impressed when I noticed Omid making a conscious effort to choose his words so that my daughter could understand what he was saying. It takes talent to break down legal and medical mumbo jumbo in to every day English. I had no problems reaching Omid. He took the time to even call or email me back with updates when I know he was already done for the day. Ever time we communicated the first thing he would ask about is my daughters wellbeing. He showed that he actually cared about her as an individual person. He also understood and validated my emotions that I was feeling as her mother, even though technically I was not his client my daughter was. Another thing that really stood out in my experience with Omid and that actually shocked me was every time I tried to contact him I was able to talk directly to him instead of a partner, secretary, intern, or paralegal. That was amazing. At first Omid almost seemed too good to be true, especially in these days. Which made me a little concerned at first. I though maybe he was too humble and genuinely just too nice of a person. I thought that he might not be able to be aggressive when I needed him to be. We continued to communicate before my daughter signed the contract. It took a minute but we finally had a disagreement. That disagreement showed me the side I wanted to see. He stayed completely professional, polite, and direct. He explained his reasons and would not back down. Omid actually got me to compromise and I’m as stubborn as they come. I am confident you will not be disappointed with Omid’s strategic abilities, resources, and over all fairness. He truly loves his job and cares about what is best for his clients.

Overall I had an amazing experience with Minella Law Group. Along the way, there were a few discrepancies with information being passed by the lawyer, secretary, or assistant. Things that the lawyer told me as far as timeline wound up being different. However, the end result is exactly what I needed. Yes, she was very expensive but I believe that there's just no way around that and you get what you pay for. Everyone was super helpful, very professional, and Ms. Minella gave me advice along the way to help make the hard decisions necessary during a divorce. It was a difficult process but she made it seamless and little effort on my part. She also made sure that if anything changes in the future, I'm protected and I appreciate that as well. I'm so thankful that everything is over and that I'm FINALLY divorced!

Hiring Kathy Minella as my attorney was one of the best decisions I have ever made. She made me feel understood, empowered and well represented.
