I am so pleased with the level of service I’ve been receiving so far with Minella Law Group and staff. Kathy has a very strong team. They all have participated in the process of my divorce. In Court, Kathy definitely demonstrates a strong sense of professionalism. She Knows when to speak and when to stay silent and not just argue with nonsense. And, when she speaks, oh wow, she attacks with facts, decency and respect. Kathy is very knowledgeable. She listens, and she finds a way to obtain a fair resolution for me as her client. She has taught me to be patient. She has gained my trust. I’m glad she’s handling and guiding me in this difficult process. One very important person in my case is my Star Paralegal Lery Rivel-Piring, who has been my paralegal from almost the very beginning of my case. I am so impressed and pleased with her level of efficiency. She is on top of everything. She has everything in order and she is great in preparing from excel reports, to subpoenas, to making phone calls to speed up the process for obtaining information and documents. Not only is she exceptional at what she does, but she’s such a sweet person with such a soothing voice. She has this capacity to calm you down. I love and appreciate so much that Lery keeps me informed either by email or by phone of everything that transpires related to my case. She is an extremely resourceful lady. If I have a question, she finds a way to get me the answer. I love it! And last but not least, Elizabeth Lefiti, one of Kathy’s associate attorneys, has been assisting us writing letters to the opposing party, in addition to other legal documents. She has also been very patient. She puts beautifully in words what we must communicate, in addition to my own personal requests. She has also taken the time to explain to me legal things I don’t understand. Minella Law Group is a firm that you want to hire if you want things done!

The attorneys and staff at Minella Law Group made the ups and downs of my support amendment case bearable. While I would recommend coming to an agreement outside of court, that's not always realistic. This firm, especially Elizabath, did a good job preparing me and handling the communications with the court and opposing counsel. I would recommend them for anything related to support modification.

Five stars! I have never dealt with such helpful people, they answered every question that I had, and re-explained in full detail when I didn't understand certain things. They helped me step-by-step with everything that I needed to go through and showed a lot of compassion during the process. I've dealt with a few different family law firms and this one is #1!

They are terrible and ruined my life

I am so thankful for the Minella Law Group and their staff. You can tell they love what they do and that they truly care for their clients. My attorney, Elizabeth Lefiti, and paralegal, Diane Gomez, have blown me away with their knowledge, compassion and attention to detail regarding my case and custody battle. Throughout the process Diane and Elizabeth kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and provided a tremendous amount of support along the way. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and I know that it is all thanks to Elizabeth and her team. Family Law cases are obviously very stressful, but being represented by such a great team gave me the confidence and strength I needed to push through. Parents beware! Run from this firm as fast as you can. Kathy does not care about the welfare of children but she cares about her pocketbook. It is disgusting how she will protect abusive parents for her lawyer friends in the court system. Update: Kathy-of course you’d focus on trying to figure out identities of a consumer review instead of taking feedback! Let the public be warned about you. Parents Run when possible!! Read her reply-she’s cold as ice and is pointing out you don’t have a choice, but if enough people complain maybe she will be exposed…. As a parent familiar with your tactics from the inside-all I have to say I am disgusted with how little you value the voice of abused children and how much attention you put into image management and collecting fees.
