When I got my DUI last year, one of the first things my friend recommended to me was to get a lawyer. Mark Deniz was the first lawyers to pop up in a Google search. I had to call him the very next day to discuss my case. I had read the reviews and was very eager to talk to him. I had decided to go with him as a lawyer and he did not disappoint! I have never been in trouble with the law before so I did not know what to expect or what to do. Mark always made sure he was available to answer any of my questions and explained everything to me throughly. Such a great lawyer to have, and would HIGHLY recommend to anyone! He really does look out for you as an individual and wants the best outcome for you as a client.

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Mark Deniz and his staff. A few years ago, I found myself in a situation where I needed legal help for a DUI case. Mark immediately got to work on my case and took the time to explain the entire process to me. Mark was persistent in presenting my case to the judge and I was granted expungement! This was a life changing expungement for me. I had waited 4 years to get this off my record and I couldn't have done it without Mark's help. I had a lot to lose considering I had a previous felony DUI with injury involved. Mark was able to avoid any jail time for me, and I was able to keep my drivers license, which meant I didn't loose my job. I've heard several stories from friends and read plenty of reviews where law firms have horrible communication/response time, which is crucial during such stressful time. With Mark this was not the case at all, he would update me every step of the way w/either a text, email, or personal phone call. If you're looking, you definitely don't want to go with any other law firm. As they say, time is money, and Mark was more than worth every penny!

As the process unfolded, he was always very quick to respond to my emails or calls and always kept me in the loop of the process. Being arrested at the end of last summer was the most stressful time I have had in a long time. I felt like there was no hope for me, my case, and that my life and career were over. Luckily I talked to Mark. Initially, I had the feeling that every lawyer was just going to try to sell me on their services, but not Mark. He took a pragmatic approach to my case and reviewed what my case would be like due to the circumstances of my arrest. He told me that if he didn't think I needed a Lawyer, he would let me know. I trusted him and he was right, I definitely needed him. Shortly after intake there was much added complexity that kept popping up throughout the preparation for trial. The case evolved -- like he said it would most likely do. Luckily, Mark was there with me every step of the way. I would not have kept my sanity without him, and eventually he got an amazing offer from the prosecution. If you find yourself in a bad situation I would strongly suggest speaking to Mark. If you make the right choice in hiring him -- my additional advice is to trust him with realistic expectations as he will go to bat for you and perform miracles. I was referred to Mark Deniz by a friend. Mark is very empathetic. He is a great communicator. Will respond to emails or text messages same day. He helped me reduce my charges to a wet reckless.

Just want to thank Mark for working with my son. He was facing a felony assault charge and Mark negotiated a plea deal that got this down to a misdemeanor. It will be dismissed in one year after completion of some classes and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Mark was kind, patient and compassionate . We felt seen and heard which was important to our family. I felt it essential that he knew us and he took the time to do this! You will not be disappointed with this lawyer.
