Mark did a great job of eplaining everything I could expect and worked very hard for a favorable outcome. His knowledge of the process and familiarity with the players involved resulted in a very favorable outcome. The hardest working lawyer in San Diego for sure.

I am beyond grateful that I hired attorney Mark Denise. From the first consult phone call, to the communication afterwards, it has all been seamless. I was charged with a misdemeanor hit and run after backing into a parked car. Attorney Mark not only got my case dismissed but he made it happen before my court appearance date. He even refunded me $1000 because it was resolved so quickly- if that doesn’t scream honesty, I don’t know what does! I had the best experience with mr Deniz and his team they did a good job helping me with my case. I was charged with PC647(b) (2) soliciting prost. initially. he saved me from going to jail. I did everything he asked me to avoid that, thanks to that my charges turned into just disturbing the peace PC415(3) and after a year of staying out of trouble now all my charges were dismissed and the disturbing the peace was set aside and expunged I would definitely go to him if I ever get in trouble again.

I highly recommend Mark Deniz. He responded quickly and was very informative, caring and acted quickly to get ahead of the situation to persuade the District Attorney from not pressing charges. His flat fee schedule is reasonable and upfront, and although I was able to full pay, he does work with you on a payment plan. Again, I would highly recommend Mark Deniz and his office. I was not required to show up to arraignment and my case was dropped 2 weeks later.
