Mark Miller has an “A” team. From the moment I called his office to the moment I signed my paperwork they were wonderful. They handled everything in a timely manner and were professional and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for more. They put my mind at ease during a very stressful time in my life. I cannot thank them enough.

I paid, agreed and signed my reaffirmation agreement on time. But to later find out the agreement did not reach the lender before the the bankruptcy was discharged. The law firm stated "this was the first time this had ever happened" but DID NOT refund my money. Horrible and distrustful service!

Update: We were given advice that was not beneficial and now wasted over $1800.The firm was aware of us not moving forward with our case we were told when we were ready to proceed some of the funds paid prior will be applied to the new case. Well that did not happen and this firm refuse to refund a partial of monies paid to them! Shame on us for believing an attorney we chose to represent us! Get ALL VERBAL PROMISES IN WRITING! Original post: Filing bankruptcy is a scary and embarrassing situation; however everyone at Mark Miller Law offices made my husband and I fill comfortable! They understood that we are good people and just having unforeseen financial issues. We were able to purchase a brand new home 2 years after our BK was discharged and able to purchase a brand new luxury vehicle at a low single digit interest rate! This bankruptcy has allowed our family a fresh start and no more scary trips to the mailbox or harassing phone calls because we are now debt free!"

Mark immediately made us comfortable about the process involved with filing bankruptcy. (We certainly were not experienced!) Someone from his firm was with us every step of the way. No one assumed we knew what to do, which papers must be filed, how to move forward. All our emails and phone calls were responded to in a timely manner. Mark Miller and his associates made an emotional and unpleasant, but necessary legal procedure comfortable and successful.

maybe others had a good experience..I NEVER even met MARK MILLER-the women attorneys were mean and the staff off putting-they also over charged me too--- which I want back-the office is a BANKRUPTCY MILL NO LESS...............also I RECIEVED BAD LEGAL ADVICE that was inaccurate---they also had me come to the office 15 times......
