I had a medical situation where in which I needed to get a power of attorney and a medical directive in a pretty short period of time. Michael and Caroline were there to help me quickly with everything I need at a great rate. They are easy to work with, responsive and very professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

After reaching out to multiple attorneys we decided to go with Jenkins & Jenkins and I am so happy that we did. We worked with Michael Jenkins for our estate planning and with both Michael and Caroline for the signing of the documents. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. Michael and Caroline are professional, understanding, knowledgeable, polite, accommodating and very responsive. They made us feel comfortable and answered all the questions that we had. It can be difficult discussing what will happen if we die but Michael and Caroline made this an easy process for us. The turn around time was amazing. Once I returned the paperwork, we received the rough draft in about 2 weeks and signed the documents about 10 days after approving the drafts. They even came out to our home for us to sign and Caroline to notarize the documents! I believe the best compliment I can give a business is to recommend them and that is what I have done; I have recommended Michael and Caroline to friends and family.

We recently hired Michael for help with our trust and estate handling and couldn’t have been more satisfied. He was highly professional and able to answer all of our questions thoroughly. He was so good at explaining the entire process of estate planning, making the entire experience less overwhelming, and less intimidating than I initially thought. I'm not one to normally write reviews , however once in a while you are so pleased with the service you receive you feel compelled. I am about to turn 75 and decided it would be a good idea to have my end of life documents reviewed and updated if necessary. Part of my personal criteria is that the people I choose are local, and are involved in the community. I knew going in that those boxes were checked. I went to the offices of Jenkins & Jenkins located at 7220 Trade Street suite 115 San Diego, Ca The building was easy to find and there was plenty of parking , they are located on the first floor. Upon entering the building I immediately noticed that the building is clean, open and inviting so was their well appointed suite. I met with Caroline Jenkins. She made me feel welcome and was not intimidating at all. She reviewed my trust and only suggested a couple of minor changes and her fees were more than fair. She gained my trust immediately because she could have made many more suggestions and taken advantage of my lack of knowledge. I highly recommend Jenkins & Jenkins Attorneys at law to anyone who is looking for Estate Planning , Trust Administration and or Probate . I spoke to Michael Jenkins from Jenkins &Jenkins recently, brought on by a referral from a neighbor. Michael seemed to be a detail oriented professional, and was really helpful in verifying some estate planning and transfer issues. He was more than happy to check on my deed status, asked me key questions and pointed me in the proper direction instantly. He's a seemingly easy going guy, who wasted no time in informing me about my needs and answering all the questions I had. My previous longtime tax lawyer has retired as of the end of the year and I was in the position of eventually finding someone else. After after the initial consultation, I have a good feeling about doing business with Michael and the Jenkins & Jenkins firm. This is a big deal for me. I have been a client of my previously chosen firm for decades and my parents before me, for even longer. I am very picky when it comes to counsel client relations. That said, I think Jenkins & Jenkins may have a new client.
