Phone contacting the law offices of David Simon I was lost as to what to do with my DUI charges. After a conversation with him he assured me of three potential outcomes from best case scenario to worst case scenario and told me he would contact me the following day. Sure enough he followed through with what he said and it worked out to be the best case scenario for me. My advice is to contact him if you have any indecision about your DUI case.

David Simon is the best at what he does. Unfortunately never had the chance to meet him in person, but he did an outstanding job on assisting me. He followed up with me consistently, to make sure we could get this matter resolved. Very thankful that he was the one to help me!

David is an absolute rockstar. My situation was pretty bad, I was almost over twice the legal limit when I got my first misdemeanor DUI. He was able to get me off doing the 9 month DUI program, SCRAM, an Interlock ignition device for 6 months and 40 hours of community service. His service paid for itself to say the least. Truly amazing representation. If your considering anyone else for your rep you are making a big mistake. 1000% recommend.
