David is an amazing Attorney. I do not trust a lot of people, but David is someone I trust. He's the best, so if you are in need of an Attorney in San Diego County then call David Simon, I promise you won't be disappointed!

David Simon is the upmost in professionalism of any attorney I’ve ever engaged with. He patiently explained what logically needed to be accomplished … in everyday language … then followed through exactly as he promised, effectively communicating with me at every step and landmark. David was very attentive to the dire needs of my situation, expeditiously formulated a comprehensive plan then executed it with assertive precision.

Please, please, please DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE TWO IMPOSTERS! I have never had such a horrible experience with lawyers in my life! After making the mistake of hiring these fools for 15k they had NO IDEA what they were doing. At times it seems they were GOOGLEING laws! In the court room they were a joke! Literally scrambling and stuttering in front of the judge it was embarrassing to say the least. Please look else where before hiring these two! You'd be better off with the public defender save your money!

I knew David Simon was the right lawyer for me from the beginning. After talking to several lawyers, he was the only one willing to explain everything over the phone and showed an immense amount of interest in my case once we met in person as well. He was compassionate, very attentive, and professional. Throughout my case, he would answer every question I had, maintained me informed, and showed that he genuinely cared about the result of it. His price was reasonable compared to other lawyers. He allowed me to get the best case scenario out of what could've been a life-wrecking charge. He really gave me a second opportunity to live my life after making a mistake with a minimal consequence. This man knows what he is doing, I highly recommend his firm!

Mr. Simon is amazing! He helped me to make sure no charges would be filed against me. He was always responsive, no matter what time it was. These guys are my heroes! They are experienced professionals with a lot of energy and "court presence." One more thing, they are clean cut and look like "the good guys." Amazing Attorneys. Dave and Antony are professional, courteous and extremely knowledgable. They were recommended to me by a friend who needed help with a wrongful DUI charge - FYI, they had that dismissed within a week. I had the pleasure of watching these two in action on a case of mine where I too was wrongfully accused of a crime. David Simon is absolutely fantastic. A few years ago, a good friend of mine got a DUI and through his knowledge and savvy of the SD legal system, was able to get him off relatively easy compared to similar instances I've heard from other friends. For me personally, I got a DUI back in 2007 in Florida and then out of the blue, got a notice from the DMV stating they were suspending my license because of it. I contacted David early this morning and got a response no more than 10-15 minutes afterwards. He was extremely responsive and helpful in our back and forth correspondence and I genuinely appreciated not just his immediate response to my case, but also his undivided attention to this matter. You can tell this is a lawyer who cares about his clients and their well being above all else. Highly recommend! A true professional who clearly knows what he's doing in the legal realm of the world.
