Well they were all wrong. Sotera took a huge risk on taking on our case. She won our case. In doing so she changed our lives for the better. I live in San Diego. I had a 2016 Ford Fusion Energi, which was the initial year this car was made with a new variable transmission. My car was in the shop numerous times with complicated transmission issues. I reached out to Sotera Anderson after reading several reviews on different attorney options. Sotera gave detailed consideration to my case and decided to take it on, with no promises being made. This was not a clear cut Lemon Law case. Sotera's understanding of the law is top notch! Her experience in dealing with Ford was essential to settling this case. There is no doubt in my mind that if I had any other attorney Ford may not have settled with me. Sotera was even able to get more than what the state law formula projected! Hello, Sotero Anderson assisted me with a very difficult Motorcycle case in San Diego. Ms. Anderson was extremely professional throughout our interaction, was able to get me my money back in full (and some), and got her payment from the manufacturer with no cost out of my pocket. Whether or not she’s able to do the same for you, I would HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Sotero Anderson for any Lemon Law issues you think you might have. If anything, she’ll steer you toward your best option! She’s amazing. If you’re interested in my story: I purchased a brand new motorcycle in 2016 and shortly after, about a month or so, it began failing electrically and shutting down mid-ride. The dealer repair could not figure out what was wrong after multiple attempts. I would keep getting the bike back and the same issue came up. Eventually, the dealer told me they couldn’t do anything. They said that the bike was faulty requiring me to deal with the manufacturer directly for a replacement or refund. I asked for a replacement or refund and I was denied both by the manufacturer. I reached out to a couple lawyers in the area and was turned immediately, and very luckily towards Ms. Anderson. To clarify, the recommendation was that she was “the best” with regards to lemon law cases and I believe they were right. Ms. Anderson immediately sought to help me in any way she could and maintained consistent contact throughout the entire case. To give a little more background, at the time I was a full time college student, full time worker (between two jobs), and pursuing commission in the US Air Force. Basically, I had absolutely no extra time to handle this legal battle and the sunk cost of the bike would have put me under. Ms. Anderson took all the stress and pressure off my back. She kept me informed and gave me straight forward options that broke through legal jargon. The case in total lasted a year until we were able to get a good settlement from the manufacturer. In the end, Ms. Anderson handled everything. She earned my respect from day one and I think she would do the same for anyone else she assists. Definitely give her your business and take her advice as sincere.

LIFE SAVER! I can not begin to say how grateful I am to this Law office. My car was over 4 years old almost 100,000 miles on it and I had issue after issue with my SUV over those 4 years. The dealer would repair several issues, however more problems would then arise after one issue was corrected. I reached out to Sotera Anderson and explained my concerns. I sent her any and All documents I had on my vehicle and she took my case and after only a few short months my claim was settled and I received full compensation on my vehicle. I recommend this law firm for your Lemon law issues, (even if you think you do not have a legal leg to stand on, ) I would still call this firm because I didn't know that I had a valid claim due to the length of time and miles I had, so before you give up hope on your vehicle problems no matter how old, call the Law Office, they may be able to help. though each circumstance may be different. (CALL THEM). My only suggestion is to document as much as you can when it comes to vehicle repair. Keeps notes and names if you can. But call them anyway and allow Sotera Anderson to decide what your best options are. I did and I am so Grateful.

For those like myself who don't believe the comments, I can say first hand this man is astonishing! Not only was he prompt in his response, he took the time out his day to text me off line the things I needed, searched and sent the forms, refused a payment because he didn't want to take advantage of me, something most lawyers would bleed you dry over!
