Competent and successful

I was attacked by a dog at an off leash dog park the owner of the dog refused to take responsibility until Chad entered the picture. Chad Edwards gave me excellent customer service and results. He managed to get my claim settled and payment rendered quickly after I was released from the Dr s care. I would refer him to my friends. family and strangers because he gets results. I had a huge water leak in the common area wall at my condominium. It caused over $40,000 worth of damage. Both the HOA insurance company and my own homeowners insurance company would not cover the claim. I was distraught and did not know what to do. In October of 2020 I bought a major fixer upper home and I hired a contractor to fix my house. 3 weeks in to the work my house was red tagged by the city and the work had to stop. I found out the contractor was working without a permit and what he was doing to my house was not up to the code. My friend recommended Chad Edwards and told me he is a family man and cares about his clients. Unfortunately Chad Edwards only cares for money. I paid him a small fortune and he did nothing for me. He had no expertise in construction law and still continued to push me to trust him and increase his retainer. I feel he had no sense of urgency and does not care about his clients. It seemed to me he did not know anything about the situation and how to handle this case. I had to hire another lawyer to represent my case. I hired him base on referral and it was a huge mistake I made.

The divorce process can be very confusing, especially during the whole COVID pandemic. I was having trouble reaching the court and getting an answer anywhere. Luckily, I found Nadine and her team. I recently got a judgment in my custody case that seemed risky for my children. My ex husband has some mental health problems, history with addiction, making false Cps reports, etc. When the judgment was made, all my friends and family were surprised and the question I got asked over and over again was, "do you trust your lawyer?" Or "do you think your lawyer could have done a better job." The truth is that I don't know enough to KNOW if my lawyer did the right thing. But she didn't file something that I had written up along with a. bunch of exhibits, instead asking for an due cause hearing (or something like this.). The judge denied the due cause hearing and none of my evidence was seen and I don't know whether she acted wisely or not. I called Nadine and asked for a second opinion. She was smart honest and responded with integrity. She asked good questions, was familiar with my judge and told me that my lawyer acted by the book. She was also surprised on the ruling and said she didn't think my lawyer was trying to predict overly optimistic results and legally my lawyer made good, but the book decisions. She told me how she would move forward and it was the exact same thing my current lawyer told me. (Who also has excellent reviews on avvo, Yelp, etc.) It would have been easy for Nadine to make my lawyer look bad, say she did something wrong and try to get a new client. Instead she gave me her time, expertise and integrity. I highly recommend her. With the information I got, I don't have reason to switch, but was so impressed, I almost want to anyways. After sitting in court listening to lawyer after lawyer that did NOT impress me, Nadine stood out in an extremely positive way.

I will openly admit that I’m a pain. I’m also out of state. Nadine, Atira and Jennifer go above and beyond to answer your questions. Nadine on more than one occasion helped guide me in the right direction with sound legal advice. I’m not writing this because she helped win the case (i would have written the same regardless) but, because they genuinely care.
