I'm writing this review because Nadine took my money and never finished her job. It all started 5 years ago. I had just went through the government trying to get child support and the government messed up the court hearing after a 2 1/2 year process. I used all my tax money and then some to hire Nadine to help me with the Child Support case. I had all the paperwork and everything from the government so her job should have been easy. Just get me a court date and we could get the ball rolling. She gave me an estimate of 3 months. Now my case was out of state, something new to her. I understand she had a learning curve but she took my money and said she could do it. Needless to say months and months went by, I hadn't even heard from her. I would often call her office and they would take weeks to get back to me. It's now 2 years later (Which by the way during those 2 years she had a child and was not available to me ever) After she finally got around to my case and I got the court date, I booked time off and got ready for this 5 year nightmare to be over with. What do you know I come to her office for my hearing (in Iowa, so it was over the phone) and she messed up the time and they cancelled the hearing!!!!!!!!! Now we had to get another court date (After she assured me I wouldn't be charged for her mistake) I BETTER NOT BE! Needless to say by the time I had another court date my teenagers father was due a summer visit. While on that visit she decided to stay with her father to try it out. I had to put the case on hold, Nadine told me OK! Let me know if it doesn't work out and we need to reschedule the court date. 5 months passed, I call her and SHE WANTS ANOTHER RETAINER FEE!!!! I am still in awe of what this women had the audacity to ask me for more money when she messed up the first court date and caused this whole train of events to unfold. SHE IS THE WORST LAWYER EVER, she took my money and didn't finish the job. USELESS!!! DO NOT HIRE HER!!! She will rip you off and waste your time.

Nadine is great! she is quick to respond and will help you with any issue you are going through. She cares for your not only as a client but on a personal level as well. I greatly recommend her services!!

This was my first time using a lawyer, and Nadine made it a great experience.

I called Nadine’s office on Monday 7/25, to see if I could possibly get in to see her for advice. I was desperate for help with divorce documents. I tried to get assistance at the Superior Court with FLF (Family Law Facilitators), I was told to visit their website and signup for a workshop:( Nadine was able to see me on Tuesday, 7/26, she reviewed my documents and I was on my way. I couldn’t be happier. Nadine made my day:)

Not an honest lawyer despite his background of being a homeless kid in the past. He has been bought by Sharp Health Care. Any physician or paramedical person should not use him to defend a case against Sharp Health Care.

She was an amazing help to me. I couldn't have been happier with her and her work.

Nadine and her "assistant", Atirra, are LIARS.The last few months, she has not handled my case in the hopes the I would hire another attorney. Well, it worked. She actually had her office phone # disconnected from my phone #. I had other people call her office and the office answered. Previously, she would not return my calls or e mails. Why not just tell me to get a new lawyer? Because ethically, a lawyer is supposed to take the case to it's conclusion. Well, Nadine, congratulations, you fired me. She even had a final bill ready even though she had no idea I was going to see her and ask about the phone. This happened, yesterday, September 25, 2015. BTW, Nadine gave me my entire file...with another client's paperwork in it!!!!!! If your last name is Guenther, you should ask Nadine about the contents of your file. I wonder what is missing from mine. I would like to choose no "stars" for Nadine. Potential clients be warned!

I have had a very good experience with Nadine and she has provided clear and precise service. Lets just hope the judge can understand our argument :) Thank you for helping me with my case. After working with one a second case I would HIGHLY recommend her for anything you need. She is a great person and very easy to work with.
