I had a very positive experience with Steven Brumer. He is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated; he made me feel comfortable and well-supported during a challenging time. Steven was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I contacted him with, and he went above and beyond to help resolve a tangential issue that arose from my case. I could not recommend him more highly!

The lawyers here are there for money making and go to various shark levels for the purpose. They take advantage of various situations you are in. I was here for a divorce situation and my lawyer took advantage of various situations to drag the case and make money off me. Only later after settlement did I find out I could have gotten away by doing more communication separately and not having to do everything the legal way. It is time their practices are exposed and true rating comes to visibility. Update in response to comment from owner: This is not a fake review. Obviously, I am keeping my identity secure so as not to compromise much information that our court systems consider public and are hence obtainable by anyone. I use reviews more often when dissatisfied and for last many years have not been doing it given my personal situation.

What a great experience with Steve Brumer, he walked through the steps from start to finish at the initial meeting. He was very detailed and knowledgeable throughout the months we met. He came through with flying colors and no surprises came up. Highly recommended to all.

Jillian was fantastic with my very toxic custody case and represented me through some of my toughest times. I cannot say enough Positive Words about Ms. Jamie Learakos ESQ and Cage & Miles, LLP. After completing peaceful Divorce proceedings in 2015 with another firm, I never thought I would go back to court four years later regarding an emergency situation related to my Ex-Spouse and our Child. I initially contacted my Attorney who handled my case in 2015, and that Attorney felt I could represent myself in Court. After further dicussion with a Family member who is an Attorney regarding the current emergency situation, it became more apparent that I truly needed legal representation from a very sharp and competent Attorney. The moment I spoke with Jamie, and Jamie explained what needed to be completed immediately, which included filing temporary full custody order, I knew I was in great hands. Keep in mind, my initial Attorney from 2015 knew of my emergency situation and not one time recommended the emergency filing for full custody as Jamie recommended. If I had not moved swiftly as Jamie had initially recommended, my child would have been in more grave danger because of my Ex-Spouse's mental state, arrest, and flight risk. Once we received temporary full custody, and knowing we would be headed to Court over new Custody arragments, Jamie had recommended I make an appointment to see a Court Coach. The Court Coach Jamie referred was one of the most invaluable meetings I ever had. The Coach helped prepare me for the Mediation and Court meetings. The Coach was very well versed with the San Diego County Court system. I went to both the Mediation and Court meetings with confidence because of Jamie's recommendations. The guidance and representation I received from having such a very knowledgable and sharp Attorney, made the difference with winning and loosing the new terms related to my Child Custody case. Ultimately, Jamie is a HUGE part of the reason why I can sleep better knowing my Child is safe under the new custody agreement, and knowing I can call on her if needed. Thank You Jamie for Everything!
