They DO care genuinely about their customers. In our case we had a problem unrelated to our trust but which could have greatly affected our net worth.John Preston spent an hour counseling us free of charge and then reached out to a colleague who also spent freely of his time to find us an excellent advocate for our case. As a result the case was settled with no finding of any fault on our part. We couldn’t have asked for better help than that!
