Format + Contents of EVERY meeting is Great! However I get frustrated at 6 month and monthly meetings that there are no identifying Name Plates in front of each PEP Speaker throughout the meeting. If I know the names of who talks about what...then I know who to contact at PEP for my questions...

My family has learned the value of having a complete and up-to-date trust the hard way. When my older sister passed away, she had a trust from another attorney that was never completed and had not been reviewed in years, and honestly, it was just a waste of money. I was familiar with Preston Estate Planning, as my parents have worked with them for many years. Unless you deal with this stuff all the time, it is not easy and can be confusing. What I appreciate most about JM and the entire Preston team, besides the fact that they work with you each step of the way as you set up your trust, is that with their Life Plan, they give you multiple opportunities to learn and interact with them throughout the year, through the annual review, the semi-annual workshops, and their monthly webinars and newsletters. Now that my trust has been set up, I know they will be available any time I have questions or need to make changes in the future, and when the time comes, they will make things as painless as possible for my daughter. That alone is more than worth the price.

Every experience is positive. I appreciate you have a notary at our disposal when you mail documents to be signed. For me, who is visually impaired and 92 years old it is difficult to go anywhere to have that done. It is a real blessing. I attended a workshop on Revocable Trusts hosted by Mr. Preston's law firm in Pleasanton, California. During the workshop the firm reviewed my then-current Revocable Trust and provided an in-depth analysis of what my trust document lacked as regards asset protection. I was very impressed with the detailed analysis and consequently signed a contract with Mr. Preston’s law firm to revise/enhance my revocable trust for better protection of my assets. During the entire process I have found Mr. Preston and his team members very helpful. Mr. Preston’s team did a very professional job with a great deal of personal attention. Mr. Preston himself very patiently listen to my queries and guided me during the entire process. Mr. Preston offered a great price for the trust document and also included a 60 months membership of the “Life Plan” in the package. My personal experience has been great and therefore I recommended Mr. Preston’s law firm to several of my friends to get their own Trust doc reviewed and enhanced.

We have been with Preston for several years and have referred numerous friends and family members to them. Our appointment was for notarizing our revised trust. All of the documents were sent ahead for review and initialing. When we arrived at the office everything was ready and it was a very quick process.
