Preston's Trust development and continuing service programs are the best I've seen. Highly recommend both.

Preston is exemplary about informing it's clients and keeping them up-to-date on estate planning. We like how responsive they are. Anytime we have had a concern or question, it was handled by someone in the office or taken to JM, our attorney, and we received answers without delay. We thoroughly enjoy the online life plan virtual Q & A sessions. Not only are they hugely informative but they make us feel more connected to the firm and our attorney. Furthermore, we totally enjoy the subtle humor that goes back and forth between John and JM. We know that as Preston's clients we don't worry about because we know they are thorough and we are in good hands.

My mother used Preston Estate Planning to draw up a Living Trust. She decided on Preston because they had previously done a Living Trust for my grandmother. We couldn't be more satisfied with the level of service provided by Preston Estate Planning. The staff is very professional and responsive to their clients requests and needs. Processes and procedures are clearly explained in a manner that can be easily understood by the client regardless of backgrounds, and they have policies in place that ensure the preparing and, eventual, execution of the clients estate plan is accomplished with ease, leaving you at ease with regards to your end of life plans. I highly recommend Preston Estate Planning and will continue to refer them to family, friends, colleagues, co-workers, and even strangers I may over hear considering estate planning options.

Anytime ive posed a legal question regarding my trust/will, their response has been swift and easily understood by a layperson.

When we decided to look into a trust for our family, we did a lot of research regarding Law firms that specialized in Trusts. There were very few, who specialized, but most attorneys were willing to provide us with a trust. Then we met John Preston. Our trust was written in December of 1992, and is still in place. Obviously, we were impressed with John's knowledge and skill. and since all he did was trusts, he was very good at making sure our trust would satisfy our needs. Our trust is now almost 30 years old, but because of Johns ingenious Life Plan, it is reviewed every year. This assures us that our trust is updated and checked on an annual basis, and we can always get answers if we have concerns. Since the Preston Law Firm only practices Trust Law, they are up to date on all the applicable changes to laws regarding trusts, and since we are Life Plan Members, we enjoy the comfort of knowing our trust is up to date. We are often asked by friends if we know of a good trust attorney, and of course we refer them to ours, who has served us for 30 years, and we know ours is up to date and properly prepared should we need it.
