On Jun 11, 2016 you gave us this review: 4.0 /5 Our family has been with Preston for over 20 years and have always been impressed with the company's ability to keep up with the myriad of changes being made to estate law constantly. We decided to become Life Plan members to take advantage of the free consultations and the "gentle" nudging of the company to keep our records updated each year. Mr. Zoellner and all staff members have been very helpful and kind as we have had to settle the estate of both my parents in the last 18 months; (my parents actually signed up with Preston initially and my husband and I came on board immediately after we married in 1995.

Years ago, I won a living trust at a church auction. For various reasons, I was never able to collect on my purchase. When I mentioned this on my first visit with John Preston, he said, "I'll make good on that!" I accepted his offer, and after becoming his client I was hooked on the professionalism and dedication of the entire Preston organization, which has been serving our family now for decades. Great office and company.

I had a serious dispute over a contract on a joint venture project that got pretty ugly. A former partner had withheld thousands of dollars owed to me from my contribution to the project. He argued a ridiculous fine print item from our contract that supposedly enabled him to do this. I had been referred to him by another lawyer in the area. I called him and he calendared me for a consultation the very next day. He spent 2 hours listening to my case and reviewing the contract with me, and he did not even charge me a penny for the consultation. This particular case I was lucky enough to go on a contingency fee because the case qualified for legal fees to be paid in the settlement. To make a long story short, Steve treated me with the utmost respect and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome that he won for me. If you are looking for someone that will go to bat for you when it matters, I would definitely recommend him.
