Maya Pinchman and Steven Ratner were amazing to work with in creating our family trust documents. Maya was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive in all of our interactions. On the day of signing, Maya clearly explained everything to us. She assured us she was available anytime we had a question. I believe it! I contacted Ratner & Pinchman after their presentation at an Alzheimer's SD seminar. Their in depth knowledge and experience in elder law, specifically Medi-Cal in my case, convinced me they truly understand the issues. Working with Steven and Maya was comfortable, the fees were reasonable, and they showed compassion for my situation. I truthfully cannot say enough incredible things about Maya and my experience working with her! My grandma passed away in January leaving me sole trustee of her estate. From the very beginning, Maya treated me like a person, not just another client, and very thoroughly explained the services she offered and what would be involved. Everything was explained in very plain language, and to the letter of what my Dad desired his living trust to look like. She was always available for the occasional question over e-mail, and I felt very well taken care of the entire time.
