Mr. Schulman represented me in 2006 regarding a custody hearing in North County Court, Mr. Schulman was unprepared for my court date, misrepresented the facts of the case, in addition to conflicts of interest, I would never hire him for anything again.

Mr Schulman represented the minor child, The child's condition had gotten worst since dissolution and I had lost hope of saving my son. Dave focused on the child and his best interests, The focus of the courts turned to the child as soon as Mr Schulman started representing the child. He stayed very focused, If your child is suffering you definitely need Mr Schulman for a custody case which is not going anywhere. The child's trauma is getting into control and I thank no one but Mr Schumann. Save your kid!, Payments are very reasonable as Dave understands your financial situation and tries to bill you minimum hours and gets maximum results.

I am a client of David Schulman. I retained Mr. Schulman August 2014 to handle my divorce. I was scared and financially outmatched. During the early part of 2014 I tried to resolve the matter without legal counsel. Nobody wants to go to family court. However, thanks to Mr. Jeremy Boyer of Moore, Schulman, & Moore; the experience was better than I could have ever imagined. Dave Schulman will give it to you straight. He tells you what the legal issues are and the possible outcomes. He helped me take the emotion out of the decision making which dramatically drove down the cost of the legal wrangling. Dave represented me in a contentious divorce. He protect my rights even when my ex-husband battled me over custody. He is aggressive when he needs to be, doesn't let the other party pull any BS and really helped me during one of the most vulnerable scary times of my life. In the end I received primary custody and my settlement was such that I didn't have to deal with being manipulated by my ex. I feel my rights were fully protected and I would recommend Dave for anyone that may be in a contentious custody battle.

David handled my divorce about 5 years ago and I would recommend him highly. He looked out for my best interests and kept the opposition on their toes! If you are responsive to his questions and have a grasp of your joint financial net worth, he will make the best of your situation. He handles lots of divorces so is very experienced.
