Ratner and Pinchman were very knowlegeable in Elder Care and provided us a trust for my moms estate. They also helped notorize the Power of Attorney and Medical forms needed to assist my Mom with her transition to Assisted Living. When helping an aging parent its nice to have someone you can trust facilitate all the legalities. They were great.

I hired Moriel as I was faced with the decision on how to ensure my son’s safety and well being after finding out some alarming news about his Father. I had handled my divorce and initial custody arrangement on my own, however, I knew this time, I couldn’t take any chances, especially with Covid changing life as we know it. To be free of stress from filling out and filing all of the paperwork, that alone was worth it. Moriel was thorough and helpful and very understanding of my circumstances. Because of her, my son is in my full custody, only sees his Father for supervised visits and this shall remain until his Dad actually takes the necessary steps to prove himself and change this. I am able to go to bed at night without stressing over my son and whether he is safe and well taken care of.
