I would absolutely recommend Evan Gould and his firm for any labor & employment related legal matters. I recently received a Notice of Overpayment from EDD with an amount that nearly gave me a heart attack. I wasn't sure where to begin or what the process would be to appeal the ruling. We won the case, his portion was upfront, no hidden or unexpected fees and my portion was a check I picked up at their office.
