I hired Arvand as my lawyer for my case in April of 2021. I have never been in legal trouble before so to say that I was vulnerable and scared would be an understatement. From the first conversation I had with Arvand I instantly felt his passion and desire to want to help his clients. My case was very complex but I completely put my trust in Arvand and didn’t doubt him. He never settled for a minimal deal and fought until he was able to get me the best deal possible that literally saved my future. I came to him facing felonies and misdemeanor charges and now my case got dismissed and I’m walking away with no charges at all. Arvand is a straight shooter by going straight to business. If he says he can handle your case, he can. I don't think he has time to play around. His level of confidence, respect, and honesty are rare to find nowadays. He didn't mislead me and instead of promising me a specific outcome, he promised to make the situation better, which he did of course. Arvand asked me to step into the office, I explained what happened, and the last few words I heard from him that day were "I got this". He ended making a deal in court which granted me judicial diversion for my SECOND misdemeanor offense for reckless driving instead of hefty fines, license suspension, and actual jail (which I was most afraid of) due to my terrible driving record. The deal was - if I don't get a driving violation for one year, it's completely out of my record. That is insane and unheard of for someone with a driving record like mine. Thank you Arvand. I truly appreciate the hard work you put into this. I know you spent more time than what you charged me for. Your bold and respectful attitude is probably why the judge was glad to see you in court that day.
