I had an unjust conviction that I received because of lazy representation. It nearly cost me to loose my family if I had continued to apply for legal permanent status. I recently came to my knowledge that it’s possible to vacate the conviction. I had a read about Miss Lias and her great reviews jumped out at me. I decided to hire Antionette Lias, I am so glad I did. Miss Antoinette Lias was a great listener, kind, very professional, she is there when you need her, and just a phone call away if you need to make an urgent call to her ,which I sure had to,at one point. Miss Antionette was also very informative and gave me updates throughout the entire process, herself! That gave me such a peace of mind, and it made me feel safe. But, best of all she was incredibly impressive, because she won me my motion that she filed for me to get the conviction removed! And know finally I can apply to become a legal permanent resident, and without being separated from my husband and two small children! I feel so privileged of have met Miss Lias! She is for real an awesome attorney. And I am very pleased with the outcome she has given my case.

What can I say about Arvand!? Man, the guy has saved my behind on multiple occasions. From a case I am now free to talk about where I crashed my 2016 Dodge Challenger into an Army base and fled the scene because i am on Felony Probation, in which once the cops told me specifically that they wanted me to come in a give a statement. With Mr. Naderi’s help I never heard from them again. COPS COME A’knocking, let him do the talking. And my most recent case where the prosecutors in San Fernando court would not let up on there offer if 1 year in county jail.after much haggling he was able to get me a deal with no jail time or community services, under the condition that I not use alcohol thru a scram alcohol monitor. He has given me advise like a father would l have, and I appreciate having him represent me. I hope never to need his services again, but if I do, there will be only 1 lawyer I would call. ARVAND !
