About a year and a half ago I got into some trouble with the police in the San Fernando Valley. I learned that this court was particularly tough (among the highest conviction rate in LA County) and that the officer involved was pushing real hard, along with the prosecution, for serious consequences. In seeking an attorney I could afford I discovered that Arvand was very well known in that courthouse, as well as LA County in general. I’ve worked in law and know that it’s not enough to have an attorney who’se just really good at his job and knowledgeable and experienced but that it is also beneficial to have an attorney who is respected and has good relationships with the various courts in which he is active. This led me to Arvand’s door. I realized right away that he is a very straightforward and solid individual. What I learned, after all was said and done, is that Arvand is more than just and experienced and intelligent lawyer. He really is a guy who stands by you and has your back. Lots of attorneys have experience and knowledge, but Arvand also has charisma, respect of judges and prosecutors (which is an asset that has to be earned), and is a true fighter. Believe me, if you’re in a bad spot….this is the guy you want in your corner. He not only got me through a potentially disastrous situation, but I am in a much better place today then I was before all this began. Arvand has more than my gratitude, he has my utter respect!
