As a client of Kevin’s, I experienced the care and commitment he puts forth as he works towards a resolution for a case. If you want a bit more detail, feel free to read on. I think most of us can agree that 2020 was an especially difficult year. Around the middle of the year the difficulty increased for me when I was pulled over by law enforcement while driving and an unfortunate encounter with law enforcement proceeded. When I was released from custody, I knew I was in need of professional legal counsel to contest and defend myself against the charges. I was unprepared for the situation so I had to search the internet for attorneys. Needless to say, I found several and spoke to a few. Some seemed really good and some did not but I just didn’t feel compelled to entrust anybody with my case until I called Kevin. Even though I felt the charges were unjust, unfortunately the charges are common and have very standard outcomes. Kevin was upfront with me even before I retained his expertise and I appreciated his honesty. Although the charges were common and had very standard outcomes, Kevin listened to and understood my concerns and assured me he would properly defend me against all allegations. My case lasted nearly 6 months but Kevin did just that. Our communication was great and worked well for both of us. I learned that I could trust Kevin to defend me properly within the confines of the law and the information he was giving me was correct. In the end, Kevin was able to present the evidence to the court of law and get the most severe charges and fines completely dismissed. This result saved a lot of time, additional aggravation and expense. Although I think in my case a complete dismissal would have been fair and just given the circumstances, Kevin made it clear that he would work for that but it may take time to resolve and loose ends may remain. He was right but I knew he had my best interest in mind when the resolution was near so I’m committed to doing my part to clear the remaining loose ends. I take responsibility for having been in the situation in the first place and take it as a hard lesson learned. In conclusion, I’m glad I met Kevin and entrusted my case to him. I couldn’t have resolved this matter any better on my own and I see the value of having Kevin’s expertise guide me through the process. Highly recommend Nazaryan Law! During the summer, there were a lot of fires in the city we live in. Unfortunately, because of the fires, our entire property was covered in ashes.
