I am facing a felony conviction in Napa County Superior Court based upon a false accusation. I was arrested in Los Angeles on a San Francisco Superior Court warrant out of the blue on robbery, grand larceny and related charges. There were some others involved who got their own lawyers. Marc was patient with me and my parents while we made the decision whom to hire to represent and fight for me. He explained my defenses in the case and the possible outcomes. I was scared that I would go to prison and Marc assured me that that was a very unlikely result. Marc took the time to meet with and speak with me multiple times so that he understood all of the many facts in the case inside and out. He actually got the case dismissed and I am very happy about that.
