Johanna Kanes really helped me to understand my legal rights as a tenant in Oakland. I was having some issues with my landlords, and a sticky situation with breaking my lease. Johanna explained my rights to me, and provided various Civil Codes to reference while I dealt with my landlords who are trying to gouge me for money.
