Excellent service

I been with this law firm since May of 2016 and till today nothing has been done our attorney keep changing workout notice. My husband and I call of updates and nothing the phone just rings no answer. And when we get a answer, the secretaries say someone will call back but no one does. We feel forgotten and lied too that as soon as we payes off the firm just put us to the side. This is very important to us our family and to be put aside like we have its hurtful. PLEASE if you read this we want to get answers

After almost 3 years immigration process, I was granted political asylum status and then permanent residence status, I bring my kids to United States, thanks to the principal help of God who was always with me and put in my way an efficient team, thanks Sergio Velarde, Esther , Emilia & his legal team supported me all the ways. I even made my payments in easy installments without getting any pressure if I did not do it by the set date just I can say thanks to all team of Robert job. the only negative thing I can say is , the customer service at reception I did not like it but for everything else it's very good.

I had great experience with this law office, I had lot of complications with my Asylum case but I hired Bob to get done. This firm have excellent and friendly staff, specially Lawyer Milan Sundaresan and Assistant Diala handled my case with true professionalism. Mr. Jobe is one of the best attorneys in United States. The attorneys are there to help their clients and deal with extremely difficult immigration process. The paralegals are also very helpful.They also have a list of interpreters for punjabi speakers for people that do not speak english. I highly recommend Shivam for punjabi speakers looking for a interpreter. I recommend this office for any immigration purposes.
