These attorneys prey on small business landlords. They make profit by extorting insurance companies and make up frivolous lawsuits. I wonder how they get up each morning and look themselves in the face and go on living each day knowing how unethical they treat others. They went to law school to do this?! They should be ashamed.

Despite months of renovations to our apt. building, and five more on the horizon, our landlord refused to give me and my wife a reasonable rent abatement.
