Ryan Vlasak is an excellent lawyer and I would recommend him to any tenant who is having legal issues with a landlord in San Francisco,I had ongoing problems with a landlord/owner for years which resulted in my suing the owner for multiple habitability violations by said owner.Within a short period of time Mr Vlasak procured a substantial settlement for me and brought the owners to heel letting them know that tenants do have rights , at least in San Francisco.
