I have known attorney Daniel Feder for several years now. I have referred several friends to Daniel now, as I know they will be in good hands. Daniel is a very intelligent, dedicated an knowledgeable attorney. He really gets to know his clients and cares about them. He is very compassionate in his approach to clients. Daniel is a very likable person, but he can also be really tough and aggressive when needed He's very well known as the top employment attorney in San Francisco. He's an expert in this area of the law. I've been informed that business owners really respect him and that their respect for him factors into their analysis of cases. I would recommend Daniel to any of my clients or friends who have issues with their employers and think they might have a case. Daniel is an excellent attorney!

Dan is an excellent litigator. He passionately advocates for each of his clients. He won't settle a case for anything less than top dollar. Dan has a unique approach to law and litigation. Mr. Feder is an outstanding lawyer. People say the only good lawyer is your lawyer. I disagree. I would respect Mr. Feder from either side of the argument. This is demonstrated as Mr. Feder works to help his client achieve success, but also actively works to tone down tempers and give good suggestions about being a reasonable person.
