If I could give Brette and her team more that five stars I would. I recently visited her office for a consultation which was extremely helpful. Let me remind you that the customer service for her office and responsiveness was immediate, which I am thankful for. I was scheduled for a hour consultation and was met with for almost two. Brette was able to walk me through every possible doorway to help my personal case. I can not describe how much of a pleasure it was to work with her. I will be continuing my case with her as my attorney. If you have any questions with the process of bankruptcy I will suggest Brette each time.

I've utilized the law services of Kevin Panahi several times and have known him for quite a many number of years. He's assisted me with legal issues ranging from a property manager who was fraudulently embezzling funds from one of my investments, to general law issues, to wage related law issues. I have personally seen him recover wages for my best friend when the company (a very well known Fortune 500 company) didn't pay him properly. Rest assured Kevin Panahi has the highest integrity and ethics and will do 110% of his fiduciary duties. If you hire Kevin, let it be known that he is doing you a favor and not the other way around.

I recently had an issue with a surprise wage garnishment that required a very quick response. Brette called me back on a Saturday morning, within about an hour of me leaving a message. I found Brette to be honest with me about what to expect, and understanding of the urgency of the issue. She quickly handled the paperwork required to stop the garnishment. She then worked quickly on reaching a settlement so that I was not required to pay the full amount. Her and her office staff are responsive, friendly and honest.
