Very helpful thank you

I was charged with a theft with several priors. Because I had strikes on my record, the district attorney offered 4 years. When Maureen Baldwin took over my case, she got the judge to release me from jail so I could do some programs that I was doing to better myself. She requested some discovery that the DA was unable to produce. As a result, she got me a misdemeanor with 45 days on weekend work. Real review, Name changed....

Brette and her team are wonderful. (We work with her assistant Kelly.) It is not an easy thing. However, I would like to say that Brette is a great person to work with when personal bankruptcy issues are facing your family. She really does explain to you what will be expected to do and how the trustee will approach your case. We live in a remote part of Monterey County, but her offices in Salinas made it possible for us to file and let my family continue on with our lives. I disagree strongly with Jasmine's review.

I was charged with sexually molesting my step-daughter years ago. I was innocent and wanted to fight all the charges. Unfortunately, I was convicted the first time, but a court-appointed appellate lawyer got my case reversed on appeal because I was not given a fair trial the first time. The District Attorney decided to re-try my case. Fortunately, Maureen Baldwin was my lawyer this time. A lot of investigation as well as pretrial motions were required. There were very serious immigration issues in addition to the criminal case. As a result of the hard work of my attorney as well as the appellate attorney before her, the prosecution dismissed the case.
