People over is very friendly and very professional. 7 months ago, i was involved in car accident and I ask for the help of lawyer name Hoang Le, he is very professional in explaining what he can do to help and what is the possible outcome of my case and during the process he always keep me updated with anything happen and carefully explain for me and my family whatever we concern about something or have any question. I would recommended Habbas & Associates to everyone and especially the one that need a good and dedicated lawyer

From day 2 I had the worst experience. I never been in an accident and wish it on noone. I suffered from fracture ribs, pain through my body, hip, neck and arm from a man running a red light. So I went in to ask questions since I never been in an accident? while meeting with the Caseworker Jessica Paiz she became agitated and rude by my questions. Jessica threw the top of the coversheet of the police report at me, she said to me, " this is all one sheet of report and It was the other drivers word against yours and subsequently I was also at fault. Wow! I suffered damages as he walked out of his car with no injures. At another appointment I had asked Jessica for some money to pay people for rides to get to my appointments or Uber since I had no car. Jessica told me to go buy a car. Wtheck! REALLY! Where am I going to get money from I was just in an accident? Anyhow, of course she ignored my request for money. Working with Jessica Paiz was beyond a nightmare not only dealing with her attitude but work ethic skills. I asked several times to speak to Mr. Habbas to find out what was the status, it never happened until the end and I made a fuse about her attitude. I did most foot work getting reports, calling Medicare billing, find out the police officers name etc. It seems like she hated her job and took it out on others. On the other Mr Habbass was just as bad, he yelled at me to the point his face was red. Mr Habbas called me a liar for expressing my concerns about Jessica Paez and hee treatment towards me. This office is a mess. Their name got them prestige but one person I meet said he quit because the attitude and unprofessionalism and he seemed so happy at his new job. Honestly, what would I get out of making up stories, especially while in pain. During the final appointment with Mr Habbass and another women attorney Mr. HABBAS SR, stated unless i signed a form assuring I will NOT open a second case, I would receive the pay out check. Before I signed anything I asked to see the final offer from the insurance company being sued. He stayed he didn't have one since the agreement was over the phone. This place us unprofessional. I been postponing to write a review, what pushed me to comment is three days ago at the same intersection where I got into the can accident on Curtner Ave and Canoas Ave another accident occurred the same place, the same time and the cars were positioned the same way. What's the odds of that? once you hire the firm they are nice after they treat you like like crap, by then its to late to get another lawyer. I was harassed and short changed. I'd think twice before hiring this law firm. If it happenned to me it can happen to you So much other incidents happened. I pray you will not have to use them. What benifit would I have in lying especially while in pain. JUST SAY I DIDNT GET ENOUGH TO BUY A CAR AFTER BACK EXSPENSES IM CARLESS SINCE ACCIDENT. YET THEY BRIBED ME SIGN OR GET NOTHING. . .

Spoke on the phone with Grace today and she was very resourceful and detailed when answering my questions. Grace was very comforting and guided me and my mother step by step. I’m very satisfied with her service and I highly recommend contacting Grace. Thank you so much!

We reached out to Habbas & Associates after our son was in a horrific motorcycle accident last year. AUGUST 14, 2023 was the worst day of my end of summer. I was doing familiar task, laundry in the morning. All was going well waiting for my comforter to dry, so I decided to take a walk around the laundromat. Looking at the beautiful pine trees while walking and my foot twisted as it stepped into a gap in the blacktop and heard a snap, crackle, pop. Excruciating pain was felt in my left feet, removing my shoe my foot was already turning color. I hopped to gather my comforter out of the dryer and drove to the hospital. Couple hours later I was wheeled out to the my car with a black boot on my foot which I will have to wear for the next 8 months. Coming home trying to think what just happened I so angry, in pain, and depressed. I sat and cried. It took me 10 days to realize this was not right. I needed to speak to a lawyer who dealt with these things. Habbas and Associates are my hero’s. They took me under their wings and help me understand how they would help me recover from my injury physically, emotionally and monetarily. They were so kind and answered all my questions and I felt comfortable and safe. I highly recommend anyone who has an injury due to negligence call and talk to the lawyers at Habbas Associates they will be there for you!
