The process of going to court is never an enjoyable experience. Costanza law firm helped me do my job and focus on my personal life while they handle my legal problems. They made the process very seamless. They are professional and kept me informed. I recommend their services.

This firm is strongly not recommended if it's your first time to interact with them. They initially asked me to send them the documents about the case to review. After review, then they told me they would be happy to process to the next step to have consultation for evaluation but they asked me to pay $350 to $800 for one hour consultation to discuss how they can work on the case. (The assumption for this step was getting the full consultation about the case and providing some legal advice for the case). So, they did set up a consultation time with someone as attorney and charged me $350 for one hour consultation but when i had the zoom meeting with the related person, she just asked me a few questions and told me let you know for the next steps. They sent me e-mail later in a few hours that they can not take the case because they did not evaluate the case (facts, ...) properly and they can not provide me any legal advice. So, the question is, why did they charge me for $350 if they did nothing and they don't have any legal advice for my case??. They charged me $350 for nothing. They just tried to take the money and say goodbye.

I had strong evidence of wrongful termination with witnesses and a human resource lady that worked there I knew told the firm that hr could manipulate timecards and also when I got fired I got an illegal check with no pay stub alot of evidence and weren't able to assist me also the firm looks out for its own interest and whats most convenient for them they just take most of your settlement and make a mistake supposedly on the check and they never informed me about nothing like they said on the reply don't recommend this firm to anyone

Bait and Switch I would not recommend this law firm. The end result was disappointing and left me convinced that I had ineffective counsel. Lori offers a low estimate and reasonable rates to get your case started. Once you are committed and cant back out, her rates increase and her estimate skyrockets. Lori then tries to coerce you to sign a new payment agreement in her favor. There were missed deadlines more than once, as she pawned off my case to her part time staffers and inexperienced associates as Lori "was out on vacation". I was not guided on best strategies despite repeated inquiries She performed the bare minimum. I hope this helps someone from going through the same failed outcome that I experienced.
