She can only get you deals. If you are looking for an in depth attorney you have to find someone else. She did not met my expectations at all and could not get the results i was looking for. She does not give out her cell phone which really makes it odd working with her. You have to call and leave a message at her office only. She also didn’t respond to my emails accordingly. Not a very happy client and cannot recommend her to anyone based on her performance.

Joy Diaz was very straight to the point and didn't waste any of her time and mine. I really appreciate the time and honest truth about what the options I had. Advice I didn't find before so I'm as happy as I can be. I super recommend anyone in need of help or going to court to check out their Law Firm. Thanks again!

Dealing with a criminal case is not the best experience ever and finding a great attorney made a difference to me and my family. My cousin got into some trouble and all of our questions were answered, and our case was resolved. I hope I I never need another attorney but I definitely will recommend him to my family and friends.

I’m really thankful for the service that they have provided for me. They understood really well the situation of my case and they we’re always very understanding. They also were very good with answering the phone when I had a question. I would really recommended this office to someone to someone who is looking for a low firm.

Never ever did I ever think I would be in need of an attorney alexander was great and extremely professional for my husband's case. He and his associates worked hard for our difficult situation. If you are ever in the need of legal advice don't waste your time with other firms. Alexander Cross and his team ate very nice, friendly and most important knowledgeable. Always answered my calls or will call me as soon as possible. Make a diffucul time for me less stressful. I totally recommend him and his team.
