Excellent reputation since its foundation. 1985 thrue 1994 Insurance companies used to fear them

I can't say enough positive things about how Adrienne handled by case. From initial consultation to hiring process, multiple court dates, to dismissal, I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge of the Santa Clara system and understanding of my case and situation. I hired her and together we had 3 court appearances and she had 1 on my behalf, leading to a dismissal of the case. Adrienne was responsive by email and in person, and helped answer my questions throughout the process so I could have peace-of-mind. I spoke with several lawyers and went with Adrienne for this case because of her knowledge, professionalism, and demeanor. Highly recommend.

Although I did not hire her due to her schedule just from speaking to her on the phone I can tell she is extremely intelligent and knows what she is doing. Ms. Dell is extremely compassionate and I can tell will fight for you. I needed her for a juvenile court case. Consider yourself lucky if you end up with her.

With attorneys, it's not so much what you know, as it is how you present yourself. In 30 years, I've never seen an attorney walk in and take charge of the courtroom quite like Carleen. Paying a little more for top notch representation can save you thousands (or hundreds of thousands) of dollars, and quite a bit of time. With civil cases, it's more important to have a well known law firm on the letterhead, but with criminal cases, you want an attorney who is local, well known, well liked and has presence. Carleen has been all of that for 30+ years now. It is additionally important that defense attorneys are equally matched to prosecutors. Typically, the deck is stacked in favor of the prosecutor; Here, Carleen has no match. In balance, you could say that Carleen is helping to make society more just by making damned sure the prosecutor is held to his duty to prove, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the defendant is 100% guilty. One thing you can always count on: Carleen is never going to let an innocent person go down the river: I can say she got my high profile, trumped up, nonsense case thrown out in short order. Adrienne helped me through a very stressful criminal trial. She was by my side legally and personally for the long number of days it took things to settle. With her amazing help and support I got the complaint dismissed and got back to living my life again. I will always be grateful for her legal support and compassion.

My daughter was charged with a serious felony. She had no serious problems previously. I hired a well known very expensive attorney who used scare tactics to convince me we needed him. Fortunately, I discovered early on that he was not doing all that he could do to help us. I began calling other attorneys for their opinion and that is how I found Ms Dell. I spoke to her at 9 am and by 4pm she was filing in court to help us with something that had a deadline of that day. I cannot emphasize enough how Ms Dell's professionalism and knowlege of the system, along with her passion helped us at a very crucial time. She isn't cheap, but well worth every penny.
