Ram Fletcher is the man! He put on a great seminar on Ride Share cases and then assisted me with a very tricky ride share case I was handling. With what I learned from him, I was able to secure an amazing result for my client. Much appreciated, Ram!

I had the pleasure of working with Ram Fletcher, who handled my personal injury case from start to end. After contacting him initially, he was at the hospital the next day ready and willing to help us with a case that seemed nearly hopeless, as the at fault party had no insurance. With his extensive knowledge and diligence, Ram was able to bring us all to a reasonable resolution. At 22, I knew nothing except that I was seriously hurt and I needed professional help. Ram walked my family and I through all the different processes and made sure that we understood all of our options. He's very descriptive and ensures that you understand the legal jargon and the implications for certain decisions. They're always available to answer any questions or address any concerns, the ladies in the office included. Overall, this firm has far exceeded my expectations and I'm happy to have entrusted them with my case.

I retained Bohn & Fletcher Law firm to represent me in an automotive accident personal injury (PI) case in 2012. That was the first PI experience I have ever had. It's quite overwhelming, emotionally and physically painful; at times I felt so lost for not getting the right legal support and not knowing what would happen next. There are lots of online readings about PI cases but it's crucial to work with the right lawyer. I had gone through two law firms prior to working with Ram Fletcher. The combination of not getting much solutions and a clear direction (but more frustrations) as well as being rejected by the 2nd law firm prompted me to seek for a third option. I exhausted all conventional treatments and had to go under major surgical operation, my case took more than 3 years to settle. Two years ago I met with Mr. Bohn after being hit by a driver who ran a red light. My car was totaled but I did not have any serious injuries, all my medical bills were taken care of by my insurance & I was reimbursed for the loss of my car. That's why I told Mr. Bohn I did not expect any settlement. He proved me wrong! Earlier this year I received a a very nice settlement, much to my great surprise. As a victim of a crime I needed to find an attorney. We were referred to Robert Bohn from our friend who was a retired police officer. I found him to be a perfect fit for my circumstances. It was a long process which included communication with him and his staff. All involved we're caring and professional.

I called him for a consultation on my case and after a lengthily discussion he gave me a very honest advise what to do and also, he knew I did not have money but still told me to call him if I need his advise.

Put it this way, through this man I had the opportunity to see through other attorneys, and realize their ill will. As you are probably aware, attorneys run their business through retainment fees, they compete with each other for clients-the more clients the more profit, simple. In understanding this, understand that every attorney you contact is either A) a money making business man, or B) a lawyer-“Man of justice”. I can say this with full confidence and mean what I say because I experienced it for myself. Before I had the pleasure to speak with Mr. Jinkerson, I spoke with several attorneys about my case. Every one of them made me question my freedom, as well as the belief of my innocence. The more attorneys I talked to the more worried I became. After talking to Mr. Jinkerson I can now say I’ve met a type B lawyer, a real truth seeker. I can attest because of the empathy and generosity I witnessed. After i explained my charges he told me he wouldn’t take the case because I did not need an attorney, and that “the only thing I needed worry about was school”. He told me what the outcome of the case would be and was completely 100% correct. Now, realize that he was the only one who had the ability to turn down a large sum of money simply because of his knowledge of what the outcome would be and i strong moral compass. Please, do your own search-call as many attorneys as you possibly can, but do not attempt to hire an attorney before you speak with this man. As for me, I will continue to think of a way I may one day understand, and repay his generosity (a true hero).
