Ms Pickering and Ms Colon were amazing throughout my entire divorce process. They answered every question thoroughly, always explained my options and had the understanding that this was a difficult and emotional time. The support Mello & Pickering gave me the year and a half I worked with them was amazing. I will always be appreciative of Ms Pickering and Ms Colon.

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica Pellerin. She was recommended to me by a mutual friend and although I worked with her a short while she was so helpful. She was timely with all my questions and made me feel safe throughout the process. She was sensitive to my sentiments and I am so thankful that I met with her. Ladies--Traci Pickering is who you want in your corner. I went through an unwanted divorce and Traci was my rock. She made herself available to me whenever I needed her and she was sympathetic but realistic. She told me the truth- the way the legal system actually works, as opposed to how it should work. I was able to mediate an appropriate settlement and move forward with my life. Traci was smart and no-nonsense but still kind and empathetic. I am SO glad I retained her services. She made the worst experience of my life a little bit easier-- I am so glad she was the attorney by my side.

Jessica is an excellent Attorney. She is helping me with a very complicated family matter, and is well worth the investment in my family's future. She is very level-headed, reasonable, and wise. She tells me how to handle each aspect of my case in the right way. I will update this once the case is further along, but so far very good! I feel confident and relieved of most of my anxiety about the possible outcomes. She started with very difficult cases, according to her bio, as an attorney for people with less financial and educational resources, so I know she is a good-natured person, as well as a good lawyer!

Went through a divorce and need legal representation. Traci was recommend through a friend of a friend as being a strong and effective lawyer. I felt confident with Traci and her abilities from the first consultation. She is very thorough and let me know my options and always felt I was more than adequately represented. She was always very conscious of my financial situation and never did anything unnecessarily regarding my case and was extremely efficient by using support staff when my case didn't warrant her immediate attention. Traci (and staff) are wonderful to deal with, friendly and empathetic. I retained her one more time after the divorce was final to enforce items from the MSA which were not being followed through on. The outcome of the divorce and the follow-up enforcement met all my expectations. Nobody wants to seek legal help if they can avoid it...but I would highly recommend Traci and the staff at MELLO & PICKERING, LLP for any family law issues that you may need representation for.

After utilizing a sub-par attorney during my divorce, Jennifer Mello was recommended for assisting with my post final judgment issues. Jennifer has been a joy to work with. She has been flexible to meet my needs providing representation in court and then serving only as a consultant between hearings. She has provided knowledgeable advice and excellent representation resulting in much more favorable judgments than I would have received without her.

I used Jennifer 1-6 months ago. Jennifer handled my Family matter. I have previously worked with no lawyers. Jennifer and the rest of her firm are awesome. They kept a woman with a mental illness from taking my son away. When the other party went below the belt, they kept it pro and beat it out. They helped the judge see through the lies and showed the truth on both sides. Words cannot express my gratitude to all of them. As a man it was empowering to have an office staffed entirely by women come to your side. It was a huge relief when they told me that i had way more rights that I thought. Totally changed my attitude. I only wish i'd contacted them sooner. Probably would've saved me a lot of time and money if I'd been informed early on. I didn't always follow their recommendations and wish i had. This caused some more work for everybody. My only tips to a future client would be to work on clairty. Pre-game and post-game before and after to know what to expect. Having never been to court before, I wish I'd made it a point to go sit in on a public hearing before my first one. Just to know what to expect. Also, Text messages. There are ways to get them off your phone (software like Phoneview for mac) There was one specific text message that absolutely turned the tide. I missed it, but Jennifer caught it. They ain't cheap, but every day i see my son is worth every penny.
