Mr. Farsad was able to assist me with my mortgage loan modification, as well as helping me arrange payments for delinquent taxes. Attorney Farsad was highly recommended to me by a good friend from Daly City to handle my loan modification and income tax problem. He reduce my loan to less than the fair market value, I have not paid my mortgage for at least 4 years, amazingly all of that was forgiven, with a 2% rate.
