I would 100% recommend Brendan Barrett if you are looking for a lawyer. The DA was trying to give me a felony charge but he helped get my case dismissed. He worked with me every step of the way and was so knowledgeable about the entire process, which made me feel at ease during that stressful time period. He always had a game plan and was one step ahead. So if you are looking for a lawyer Brendan is a top choice as he is extremely knowledgeable about law and will genuinely fight for you every step of the way. 10/10

Brendan Barrett has been very helpful throughout the process. I got a DUI a few years back (0.09 BAC) and Brendan was able to get my charges dropped down to a Wet & Reckless. I was able to pass my background checks with no issues for any of my jobs. The court process was also smooth, I did not have to go to any of the court hearings myself. Words could never express my gratitude for Brendan. He has given me the chance to better my life when I know I 100% don’t deserve it. He’s allowed me to get the help I need when I know I should be sitting away in jail. As a multiple/repeat DUI offender, the amount of self loathe I had for myself because of my alcohol/substance abuse issue almost made me ready to accept the facts that I might be best suited for a jail cell. Within 5 years I’ve gone through 2 alcohol related car accidents (both totaled), 8 weeks of jail on my last DUI both while on probation, a whole lot of disappointment in myself and just a constant, unsettling feeling of impending doom. After all that, I was almost certain I would be doing some time. During the whole process, I felt I had everything stacked against me, and Brendan will admit if he knows it too. Regardless, his willingness to fight for those feeling stuck in the deepest trenches is next to none. From our first initial meeting he told me that we were going to be in for quite a fight. He told me everything in clear detail what type of outcome I could potentially be looking at (per CA law) and never promised me anything absurd (although after watching him defend me in a case like mine, I’m pretty sure he could start promising positive outcomes and deliver- that’s how good he is). He is able to use time as a weapon and can willfully bring into fruition, advantages in your favor. It’s literally stuff you would only see in movies. He’s got a keen hawk-like eye for knowing exactly what the current state court is in. He knew exactly what was happening and made the decision to advance my case sooner rather than later because he knew it would create an opportune window to attack the case (Not going to lie, I initially thought it just meant I would be going to jail sooner). He is also extremely prompt about responding to any questions/addressing any concerns and will keep you in check, making sure you are doing your part with whatever directions he gives you in preparation for your case. After my first initial meeting, he gave me a specific set of instructions to complete within a set time frame and looking back now, I will tell you it is absolutely imperative that you follow everything he says because the man knows what he’s doing. The rest you can leave in his hands. In the end, I am walking away with absolutely ZERO jail time and my whole life ahead of me. He’s saved me from months of uncertainty and distress, long sleepless nights wondering if my life is ruined. All DUI offenders know that feeling of hopelessness which slowly creeps up and intensifies leading up til their court date- it’s the absolute worst! I am a living/breathing testimony that ANYONE can be defended, especially in the hands of an attorney like Brendan. Thank you Brendan!
