Brendan was recommended by a family friend and I'm glad our paths crossed. He's an exceptional Attorney, very knowledgeable and able to communicate the legal process in simple terms. He explained each step of the proceedings, our options and kept us abreast of important milestones and dates throughout a lengthy case (3yrs). He spent a considerable amount of time with us prior to even suggesting a retainer and was extremely fair throughout the process. I highly recommend him.

Brendan was a beacon of hope. In which he guided me through everything, meanwhile making me feel comfortable with the predicament I was in after learning how hard he would fight for his clients. My five codefendants and myself were all facing two felony counts each for cultivation in the state of California. During the year and a half of court appointments Brendan faught hard and even took the lead amongst out group of lawyers. He was our go to guy, always available to answer questions on our hearings, until our cases were dismissed nearly three years later. He was always reachable. He was always resolute.
