Rodney's office was able to deliver great results for me in my case in Contra Costa. I was at risk of losing my job, literally in the biggest pickle of my life due to this matter, and Rodney changed it all for the better! She is knowledgeable about your legal rights, courtroom procedures, courtroom staff, the prosecutors, and the judges. Nan stays in constant communications with her clients and is very efficient when dealing with people’s lives. She won’t take no for an answer and keeps chipping away at the prosecutor and judge until she believes the outcome is fair to her client. She is a phenomenal attorney and truly cares about her clients!

I go back and forth from California and Florida for work and first met Mr. Mayr because he helped me out with some tickets I received but wasn't going to remain local to try and handle it myself (I realize now that wouldn't of been the smartest thing to do anyway). He did a great job of helping me avoid points and kept me informed the whole way. When I needed help with a much more serious matter, he was able to once again make sure my record stayed clean and limited my court appearances so I can continue to work and not worry about missing time. I'm so glad I chose Nancy Bucknell for legal representation. She is the absolute best. I never have to worry about my case because she keeps me in the loop. Even with the pandemic going on she still reaches out to her clients. The fact that I live in Fresno, Ca while my case is being held in Santa Clara County requires a lot of trust and my lawyer. I have the upmost trust and respect for Nancy Bucknell. Update due to pandemic: Nancy got my traffic case dismissed. It feels like the weight of the world has been lifted off my shoulders. My case was dropped and yet she is trying to keep my retainer. She contacted me more about payments than she actually worked on my case. I constantly have to provide case details to her as she never had any info on it, basically she was never my attorney on record. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! How bad would an attorney looks if I win my retainer back at small claim court. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON

Nan is such a pleasure to work with! She's super responsive and is always easy to reach. She helped me through my DUI case a few years back, and just a few days ago was able to help me expunge my record.
